What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN the next day, giving you a full 22-hour stay. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.
How do I confirm my reservation?
Book your dates on this site, then send a 50% down payment via GCash or bank transfer within 24 hours, quoting your reference code (e.g. EL-4TPN). The balance is settled upon arrival.
What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?
You may rebook once for free up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in get a 50% refund of the down payment; later cancellations are non-refundable.
How many guests can stay, and are there extra fees?
The Whole Cabin sleeps up to 12. Each room has its own base count (see Rooms). Extra guests above the base count are ₱500 per head, per night. Children 3 years old and below stay free.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. There is no corkage fee. A fully equipped kitchen and the kubo lounge are available. Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to grill.
Are pets allowed?
Small, house-trained pets are welcome in the Whole Cabin booking for a ₱500 cleaning fee. Please keep them off the beds and out of the pool.
Can we hold a photoshoot or small event?
Yes — pre-nup shoots, birthdays and intimate celebrations are welcome with a Whole Cabin booking. Let us know your plans in advance so we can prepare the space. Loud music ends at 10:00 PM.
Is there parking, and how do we get there?
Gated parking fits 2 cars. Elia is in Silang, Cavite — about 1.5 hours from Metro Manila, traffic permitting. We send a pinned map and directions once your booking is confirmed.
